- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal of the crust.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. If not fully melted, microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and combined.
- Stir in the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt into the melted cheese mixture until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a minute to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands to spread it into a 12-inch circle, about 1/4-inch thick. Make sure the edges are slightly thicker to form a crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
